Pumpkin Grams

Pumpkin Grams  will be sold before school, 7:45 - 8:10 a.m., and during lunch, 11:20 a.m. -12:35 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25 through Monday, Oct. 30, for 50¢ each.  A Pumpkin Gram is a note with a pumpkin toy that will be delivered to students on Oct. 31.  Friends and family are encouraged to send their favorite “little pumpkin” a special message! 

Kiwanis Walk-a-thon

Student Council will once again be participating in the annual Kiwanis Walk-a-thon at Metrocenter Mall on Saturday, Oct. 21Donations are being accepted through Friday, Oct. 6.  We accept cash or checks made out to North Phoenix Kiwanis Foundation. Kiwanis will mail a tax-deductible receipt for any donation of $100 or more.  Kiwanis is also eligible for the Working Poor Tax Credit, so donations can be made up to $400 per family or $200 per individual.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Kiwanis charitable organization and the Lookout Mountain Student Activities fund.  Please support our team!

Lookout Mountain Lanyards

Lookout Mountain lanyards will be sold before school, 7:45 - 8:10 a.m., and during lunch 11:20 a.m. -12:35 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25 through Monday, Oct. 30, for $3 each.  The sales table will be located in the center breezeway between the courtyard and the playground. 

**For everyone who buys a lanyard in the month of October, you will receive a free Pumpkin Gram to deliver to a friend.

Texas Adopt-a-Family

Student Council will be continue collecting items for the Garza, Jimenez, and Peter-Siemek families to send to Texas during fall break. Gift cards are the most recommended items to send for these families as they rebuild their homes and lives following Hurricane Harvey. If you would like to donate, please send your items to your child’s classroom no later than Friday, Oct. 6.
